    We are still currently using Debit/Credit Card system that you will have to manually enter into our secure system we have yet to set up part payment with Klarna and Apple Pay.

  • Can I try out your products at the shop?

    Unfortunately  we are still in the progress of being a online shop but we hope to open a shop soon.

Orders & Shipping

  • Do you ship internationally?

    Unfortunately we only ship in Ireland and the UK

  • Can I track my order?

    We only give updates when the package leaves our warehouse, the main delivery services will most likely give you the updates.

  • How long will my order take to arrive?

    Orders typically ships within 2-4 business days within the republic of Ireland and orders within the UK typically ship within 3-7 business days.


Exchanges & Returns

  • How can I exchange or return a product?

    Emailing Aromaessence@help.ie will send u a postage label that you can send back to us. refunds will take up to 3-5 business days.

    Our products are nationally produced meaning its made in the republic of Ireland to support the local economy.
